    Bergen Springs Estates is a beautiful rural community with magnificent mountain views located about 10 minutes south of Sundre and 1 hour northwest of Calgary. Our community consists of 178 clear-title lots—utilities and taxes are paid by the lot owner.  See the Park Map for the layout of the lots.

    Bergen Springs Estates is a condominium association with established Bylaws and a Board of Directors. Condominium fees (currently $550 per year) are due March 1 of each year. Our Community Hall is available to all owners and their guests for private functions at no charge. Our Social Club puts on many fun events year-round.
