This is a Condominium Association

Bergen Springs Estates is a condominium association with established Bylaws and a Board of Directors. Condominium fees (currently $588 per year) are due March 1 of each year. Our Community Hall is available to all owners and their guests for private functions for a small fee. Our Social Club puts on many fun events year-round.

Bergen Springs Estates is a beautiful rural community with magnificent mountain views located about 10 minutes south of Sundre and 1 hour northwest of Calgary. Our community consists of 178 clear-title lots—utilities and taxes are paid by the lot owner.  See the Park Map for the layout of the lots.

Lot Features:

  • Treated water to the front property line. Water is seasonal (May - October, weather permitting), but some lots have cisterns for year-round water.
  • Natural gas available (from Foothills Natural Gas)
  • You can build your own cabin—see What's Allowed on Your Lot for restrictions.

NOTE: Each lot must have an approved Septic holding tank. A Sundre service provider is on site weekly for tank pump-outs.

Park features:

  • Pond for fishing and skating (but not swimming).
  • Community garden plots available for rent.
  • 10-minute walk to Davidson Park (1.8 acres), which is located on TWP 320 West of Intersection 760. Open seasonally, this is a day-use area with access to the Fallen Timber Creek.
  • Close to great fishing on the Fallen Timber Creek, Red Deer River, and Little Red Deer River.
  • Three golf courses nearby: Sundre Golf Club, Coyote Creek, and Forest Heights (six courses within 30 minutes drive)
